Purchase Jacket online, was too small, returned and then I went to Florida on vacation, I returned thru Charlotte and stopped at Jafrum, WOW! nice people, great deals, bought a pair of Chaps while I was there. And got the Jacket that I needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAFRUM!!

I ordered a blue bungee/cargo net for my motorcycle trips. I received a black one instead. I notified customer care just to let them know about the mistake. They quickly sent out the correct color and let me keep the wrong one I had received as well. Although the wrong item would still be fine with me, they made it right without question. I will continue to do business with Jafrum as well as recommend them to all my biker friends.
