Ordered 1x rain suit for my husband. Rec'd 1x jacket but 3x pants. Fought to get return shipping label. Finally got it and returned, but jafrum says post office never delivered despite being "out for delivery". After weeks of explaining they need to file a claim with post office sine they paid shipping, they finally issued a refund to me but didn't refund the original shipping charges after THEY shipped mismatched size. Now, 5 weeks later fighting to get that back too. Good luck getting anyone on the phone to talk to!

Horrible customer service!!! If you order hope you don’t need to return and want a refund! You’re out of luck on that one. Just opened a claim with my credit card company for fraud. Month later and I still don’t have my refund!!!!

They promise "Fast international Shipping" and I´m waiting since over a month. FedEx told me to contact the sender, Jafrum and Jafrum told me to contact FedEx. I´ll never order again there.

I ordered two jackets on the 26th of February still waiting on one of those jackets that's been put on back order twice systems been down for 4 days and now the warehouse is closed for snow actually they can't track my money or my purchase wouldn't even answer the phone on Friday bad service bad customer service rude people shity shity customer service

Ordered a bunch of items on Aug 22nd. Was expecting 2 to 5 days for delivery as per their website. Emailed them when I noticed no shipping was done, and was told that some items has to come from another location first. I finally received the order and the rain pants were missing. I emailed and asked that they be shipped overnight as I had a charity ride in 2 days and these were for my wife. I emailed a few more times and not once did they knowledge my request. I just got a FedEx email showing 7 days to deliver. I called Jafrum and was told that upper management decided the pants were not expensive enough to send overnight.I asked why was I not informed of this? I find out by a FedEx email?? They offered a 10% off on my next order. You can imagine what I said about that. I will NEVER place an order with Jafrum again. I will pay more from Amazon if I have to.

Jafrum is joke possible a scam site so beware. Never order from them. They list things things on there site for awesome deals and then a week later email you and say they actually don't have it. Stay away from Jafrum.

I ordered 2 helmets the 7th of Apri. I received a order fulfillment email for one of them that same day and the other on the 8th. One helmet arriveved on the 14th, I could not find a tracking number for the other. Sent an email and after 24 hrs called as they did not respond to my email. Completely disinterested employee had to call me back. Could offer no explanation as to why the helmet had not shipped, said they did their part by sending the order to the factory, but the order would ship on the 18th. Filed a complaint about the service and received and obvious canned response, oh we are so sorry we will make sure this does not happen again. Waited until today, still no tracking number contact customer service via emai., told order being processed it would ship in 3 to 5 days. What I was told it would ship the 18th. Again. No resolution , terribly sorry. I recommend you avoid this company.

First of all if I could post less than a star I would. My biggest regret is that I did not read the other reviews before ordering. Anyone who orders from these people is asking for trouble. I bought two leather saddle bags a while back from Jafrum, which they still sell today. Unfortunately the did not fit the bike I had. I kept them in the original boxes in my garage...UNUSED. I recently got a bike they fit and put them on. I had them on for maybe two months or less than 500 miles. I put me and my girlfriends valuables in them and drove about 20 min to a UCLA game. Soon as I parked I realized the bag was gone. Panicking I went back and drove the whole route twice to look for it. Not fun driving and looking. Put up signs, an ad on craigslist, went to the police station...everything. The only way this could have fallen off the bike is the zipper just came undone. I emailed Jafrum to kindly ask if there was anything they could do considering that the lost bag had nothing to do with me. They asked for the receipt, order number etc, which I furnished. They give me the "its out of warranty and we don't carry that model anymore (since 2014)". First of all they do carry it, cause I went on their site and it is listed for the same price just with a different number. The point is this isn't a bag that had been used with a bunch of miles on it. LESS THAN TWO MONTHS! I told them the zipper would come undone if it was 100 years ago or 100 from now, but they refuse to accept any responsibility. Never mind the fact that all our stuff is gone and I am just asking about one bag. Don't waste your money with these people. If something goes wrong they will hang you out to dry.
