Poor website design since acquired by Fusion
The scope of work was fine. The problem was with the test itself. You couldn’t keep the test questions and multiple choice answers open while reading the reference material to choose the correct answer. I wound up taking a picture with my phone of the questions so I can view it while looking for the correct answer.

The new format for the electric…
The new format for the electric continuing education was/is not as user friendly as the older format.

The quality of information was JADE…
The quality of information was JADE Learnings normal good quality. What I didn't like was the new AI instructor. I would always prefer to learn from a human.

I have taken Jade learning CE for over…
I have taken Jade learning CE for over 10 years. I have to say since the format changed it's bad. It's not user friendly and difficult to look at the question and research the answer. You could jump back and forth easily. Now not. I screen shot the question and then have to go back and find the answer and write it down separately. After that go to the end and insert my answers. Just make it better to go between the question and the research section.

You are now charging exhorbitant price…
You are now charging exhorbitant price for reporting timely completion of your courses. You used to report completion to Texas very quickly but now you stall to get your extra fee. I am not coming to you in the future.

Preferred previous format of reading a…
Preferred previous format of reading a single code change and answering a question about it. Don't like reading many pages of material and later answering questions about all of it. Also, it's been weeks and my credits haven't posted with Oregon. Could be the state, but will need to research the holdup if they don't post soon.
