Liked the course
Liked the course. You need to work on keeping track of courses already taken. I ended up having two take two courses because the first one I had already taken. Then you didn't send the information to the State Board till the last minute. I was literally sweating woried I wasn't going to receive my Liscense.

You changed your name of company and…
You changed your name of company and didn’t inform your clients and had to call to rescend my information into state of Florida for license renewal

I don't normally do this
I don't normally do this, but for what good it will do, I don't know, however, I think you should know, I have been a customer for a number of years, but this time, with your merger with Fusion was not one of my best experience, from the start, I could not get my PW to work, so I could log in and out, without changing my PW every time I needed to get in, I tried the chat, the help, but no fix, there was no way of communicating, but the help or chat, it was frustrating, then after I constantly went through that, I was delayed in renewing my license because not all of the hours was sent in, until I maid contact, I do hope Jade Learning gets all the problems worked out, I would like to continue being a customer

Jade learning changed their training a…
Jade learning changed their training a lot. I would not recommend it unless you have a whole lot of time. They did refund my my money and that is why i gave them a 3 star. They did the right thing.
