Hi NAFEEL KHAN, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify that Jade Chains is not a drop-shipping business. All of our pieces are hand-carved directly by our own artisans, and pure handmade jade pieces simply cannot be dropshipped. Every order is fulfilled, inspected, and handled directly by our own team to ensure authenticity and material quality. A bead with a misaligned drill hole should not have passed our inspection, and we completely understand how frustrating that detail is. When our team suggested removing the bead and issued the agreed-upon 10% refund, our sole intention was to offer a quick, convenient resolution without putting you through the inconvenience of international shipping delays. However, we fully recognize in hindsight that suggesting a customer adjust a piece themselves was inappropriate and falls short of the service standard we aim to uphold.
