I bought a jade chain like others in these comments , advertised on instagram , i open the box to find the chain itself is damaged i unwrapped it from its holding and its literally fell apart , which is crazy to me considering i thought jade was supposed to be quite strong , i have pictures of the product in question in its state and i after looking into it with detail the quality of the piece becomes extremely questionable , i believe the jade itself to be fake it feels almost glass like , and i have pictures of the quality of the chain bracelet i bought and looking at the links of the jade in each corner seems to be see through clear glass or some form of other which doesnt fit in with the natural look of jade , upon looking where each link is , these pieces are not carved directly from jade they are linked together and heated at points to melt and merge them together , naturally jade should not have this , i can visably see every single piece of where they used a glass like material to bind them together , i have asked for a refund with there customer service , in the event it takes too long i will be calling my bank and getting my refund that way , for anyone who wants legitimate proof of my claims im more then happy to provide picture proof and close ups of the quality message me on instagram (b.bell61) i would not purchase this product , (keep safe people)

So dissatisfied and disappointed with this company they don't know the difference in what they call Cuban link chain sent me some major gapped style bracelet then expected me to pay for the return shipping back to their country to fix their error NO absolutely not don't trust this company with your hard earned money you will regret it

Did some research and looks like these guys just resell off Alibaba... A quick search of 'jade bracelet cuban' will show a lot of the same bracelets they're trying to sell at a fraction of the cost. Avoid at all cost!! They have no videos showing them making the actual bracelet on their socials.

I waited almost a month and emailed them regarding the status of an order I placed and its been over a week and no response. I'm going to request a chargeback at this point . STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER

I saw an ad for Jade Chains on Instagram and liked the look of one of their bracelets. So I ordered it for about $200 including shipping and taxes to Germany. What I received today does not feel like Jade or any stone at all. From what the material of the bracelet feels like, I think it’s resin only. Also it doesn’t sound like any natural material when I tap my fingernail against it. And it is much too light weighted for any natural material. I would try to hold a lighter against it and see if it burns, but I like the color. It’s a nice bracelet for $20, but $200 is way too much over the top. The box was nice though.

I have no idea why they would sell 6 inch chains as bracelets, they are far too small to fit any adult sized wrist. The craftsmanship is rough, frankly. Very unrefined. I knew I was buying blue jade, as that is what the chain was called, but for some reason only light and dark green were the colour options I could choose on the website. As such I expected to receive a light green jade chain. However, what I received was clearly a light blue. Overall, very disappointed with my order.

I first saw an advertisement for Jade Chains on instagram. I looked around the internet to see if they were drop shipping and they were but some of their items are custom. I bought 2 “chains” (necklaces) and one bracelet and used their 40% off code for a total spend of $118. The chains were shipped directly from china and I received them within 2 weeks after placing the order. The website works well and the only thing I wish is that they have more pictures of their products. Now after I received the necklaces one of them had a bead that was misaligned near the center of the necklace. This does in fact ruin the look of the necklace because it’s one of those “once you notice you can’t stop noticing” things. I reached out to support and they answered me in 4 business days. Sadly they told me to undo the necklace, pull the bead out, and tie the necklace back up. This is not what a jewelry company should do. They offered only a 10% discount of the final price paid. Sadly I cannot recommend buying from a company that treats its products and customers like this.
