I didn't know what I didn't know
You would think as an HR executive who has hired hundreds if not thousands of people, I would know how to put together a resume. It turns out that would be the wrong assumption. I'm still in the onboarding process, but every time I speak to one of the team, I come away thinking two things: 1. Wow, these people really are next-level 2. Wow, I am not good at creating an executive-level resume They invest enormous time and energy into ensuring that you are well-positioned to take advantage of the job market, and I am learning things I never knew existed. The world of executive recruiting is surprising, and I am grateful that I have Jackson Stevens Global on my side.
