Executive transition
Dean has been great with his guidance and coaching. I didn't rate 5 stars because I'm not fully through the process. The process is quite comprehensive, with various communication touchpoints. I see great value in the service thus far. It would be great if there was a client portal to access anytime, to gauge status, progress, next steps and outstanding tasks to easily stay on top of the many elements of the service.

John, Thank you so much for your comments and rating. We do have a client portal that you can access anytime. This portal can give you the number of executive search firm leadership teams to whom your resume was sent, the percentage of those who review your resume, the percentage and number of those who connected with you on LinkedIn, and the percentage of those who responded asking for more information about you. The campaigns last about 4 months. For early parts of our process, (i.e., Resume, LinkedIn, Advisory Services), we send you lists of tasks yet to be completed several times throughout the process. However, you may request a list at any time and we are happy to oblige. Just reach out to any one of your client concierge managers.
