I signed up for JSG's concierge level service, and I feel strongly that it has been a game changer for my search and future possibilities. As someone who values structured and systematic processes, the job search process has always felt like a black box, where one applies to roles blindly, just hoping that something will work out. JSG has opened my eyes to a whole different world, where the right structure and approach can yield consistent positive results, and it is no longer a black box. I went from a situation of blindly applying for roles before JSG with very little to show for it (only a couple of interviews, and for less than ideal roles), to a situation after "going to market" with JSG where I'm seeing real traction and results with regular conversations in a short time period. What can you expect if you sign up (for the concierge service as in my case)? You will spend quite a bit of time building your portfolio and going through training and coaching, but then you will be very well equipped for "going to market," as you begin having conversations with recruiters and eventually hiring managers. I spent about 2-3 months going through that initial process, prior to being ready to go to market. While it's not an immediate process, I feel like it's very valuable and needed. Once you go to market, it isn't completely hands off, as you will need to put in time each day and week to generate the best results. However, JSG equips you with the tools and process to succeed, and that leads to real results. I have had more conversations in a few weeks of being live than I generated on my own prior to JSG through applying to hundreds of postings. While I know it may still take time to find the right next role, I am confident that I am equipped to do so, and it's only a matter of time for the right role to become a match. In the end, I feel strongly that this was the right approach for me, will lead me to my next role, and will equip me to be best set up for success in that future role. I strongly recommend JSG to other busy executives who are interested in transitioning to their next role.

I entered skeptical, and left a believer. JS has a great process simply put. It had been 20+ years since i actually needed a resume to look at new career ops. I chose to go piecemeal, buying the Resume/LinkedIn support first ... then onto the coaching and use of the Jobs Portal. Their approach to building a resume/linkedin profile was an eye opener to me - if you do nothing else, just use their resume/linkedin development - you will be amazed at how they take what you thought was a good resume and changed it into a life-document that clearly shows what you've done in your career and in a language that speaks to the folks on the hiring side. I have landed my new role, and hiring candidates is first on my list ... 90% of the resumes i read are avg to poor - i went back and compared what JS put together for me, and it is obvious to me that mine looked avg to poor before JS. At least start with the $5k or whatever that intro amount is -- you too will be amazed at how they capture what you've done in your career and turn it into something a hiring manager wants to see ... something that is not generic and full of buzzwords ... instead something that captures the substance of your career.
