Whether you are actively planning your next big career move or just scanning the horizon for opportunities, Dean is your man. As a Fortune 50 executive and applied AI professional, it was essential to work with someone who was able to bring a structured approach to understanding the unique challenges of my rapidly evolving field and craft a positioning strategy that ultimately generated a truly compelling opportunity and promising next step in my career. Throughout the entire process, Dean was a never-ending source of highly credible, actionable and accurate advice for even the most challenging situations. His insights are based on many years of hands-on experience and it shows in the quality, depth, and structure of his pragmatic approach and huge library of materials to help you take your professional brand and career to the next level. Dean provided excellent service. He took the time to really help me craft my value proposition in a compelling way. He was always responsive and I have been very impressed with the systematic approach utilized by Jackson Stevens. I am equally impressed with the finished product.

I'm very pleased with the LinkedIn optimization service provided by Dean and his team. I had no idea of all the parameters that exist on LinkedIn, and how they influence searches. I noticed an uptick in relevant views almost immediately, followed by contacts from recruiters.

I had been on the cusp of an exec level for a couple of years but didn't crossover for various reasons. I decided to enlist Jackson Stevens' services for interview coaching. I saw it as an investment to give myself an edge and it's paid off very well. I worked with Dean on this and he was the real deal. For the companies that I was interviewing, he understood what kind of questions to anticipate and helped me prepare specifically for them. He had me write a portfolio document in relation to the job description and send it out to the interviewing team as a "pre-read", which allowed me to focus on the strategy and forward thinking aspects during the interview rather than delve on the past performance. We also spent time fine-tuning the presentation and did a dry run. It was an extremely competitive role but working with Dean helped me be well-prepared and I'm happy to share that I got the offer. The resume in "jackson stevens resumes" is misleading and doesn't quite do justice to the services being offered. I highly and whole-heartedly recommend Dean and Jackson Stevens to anyone interested in giving yourself an edge in exec interviews.

I had never engaged outside help to update my resume or coach me through interview questions. Frankly, I was skeptical about what any service or proclaimed expert could do that I couldn't do for myself given I have successfully progressed my own career for 25 years. I was wrong. I am thankful I took a chance and hired Jackson Stevens. Not only does my new resume tell a more concise, compelling story of my skills and accomplishments as an executive, but Dean made me slow down and really think about the best way to answer interview questions helping me to be better prepared. I would highly recommend Dean and his team. Everyone I have worked with so far has been professional, responsive, and clearly cares about the success of their clients. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Jackson Stevens.

Recently became a client at Jackson Stevens and engaged them for assistance for the resume review and Linked In optimization- I had superb results. Five outstanding opportunities and multiple offers that would not have received without the overhaul- looking forward to accepting the final one! Thanks Dean!

I would highly recommend Dean T. His advice and guidance was extremely valuable to my career.
