Jackson HewittReviews of jacksonhewitt.com

Went to Jackson Hewitt in Wal Mart in Winchester,Tenn. The worst experience in my life of having my income taxes done. She said it would cost 65.00 at first. Then when she seen i was getting 700.00 back and had all my paper work in the computer she said it's now gonna cost 200.00.Then she says they will just take the fee from your refund and charges you extra for that.Nothing But Crooks.

The wrong address was entered and now I have to go through various identification verifications. They are very unprofessional DO NOT GO TO JACKSON HEWITT locates at 2337 Monument Ave Baltimore MD. Bonita Holland the CPA the CSR Sharhonda and the third party designee Marian Turner are all incompetent. The Owner Annie MCFadden should be shut down. Not to mention all of JH offices are franchised so there’s no Corporate Resolution or any form of true checks and balance.

Last year a jackson hewitt office i only went to placed the wrong mailing address on the tax return. I had to wait longer fo my tax refunds. I called that office and was told he will change it. Apparently he never did, as after at got home from filing at a different jh office he also placed the wrong mailing address.

WE USED THE ONLINE TAX FILING SERVICES WITH JACKSON HEWITT, EVERYTHING WE WELL. HOWEVER WHEN I TRIED TO LOG BACK IN TO PRINT OUR DOCUMENTS THE SITE WAS DOWN AND IT HAS BEEN DOWN FOR A WEEK NOW. THE SITE BEING DOWN FOR A WEEK IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS. IT IS A INCOVENIECE TO CUSTOMERS

Jackson Hewitt online has been unavailable for 5 days, with no date to when online customers will have access to print documents. The Rep Virigina who answers the phone is very empathic. However, she had no solution.

We have been having our taxes done at Jackson Hewitt for years. This year we received a letter stating our property taxes were done wrong and that we needed to refund our state. We got less than zero help from anyone at Jackson Hewitt. We could not get an answer to any calls or emails at all. When we did get an email it was a we are looking into this and then we would not hear anything. DO NOT EVER go to a Jackson Hewitt that is only open during tax season and then closes after because you will not have anywhere to turn if something goes wrong. I am absolutely disgusted with their customer service. We have been pleading with them to help and nothing. We ended up taking our taxes to CPA and had him look at it.

I do not usually do this, but I feel that it is in everyone’s best interest if I do. I have been with the same tax preparer for years. She is excellent. She works for Jackson Hewitt. I have never been so disappointed in a company as I am with Jackson Hewitt. On a scale of 1-10 they do not even rate a 1. My tax preparer; however, receives a 10. As I said before I have been with Jackson Hewitt for years. My taxes were started in February this year as I always do. However, my taxes were a little more complicated this year and they took a little while to complete. Our preparer had placed a coupon in our account. Due to some changes in their computer system it miraculously disappeared. Then to top it all off, we had already had appointments scheduled and our taxes being worked on but Jackson Hewitt kept calling me to ask me to make an appointment to get our taxes done and they also kept emailing me…… guess what….. coupons to get my taxes done. After all that, we finally finished our taxes and when it came time to pay they refused to honor the coupons and would not return any calls or texts from our tax preparer on our behalf. They basically have my tax return held hostage til I pay them. We walked out. Not sure what we will do but it won’t be through Jackson Hewitt.

I never had such a bad experience. The lady who did mine has no clue what she did. Now I received a letter from IRS , Good luck to everyone who did tax over Jackson Hewitt
