I Love the Location in 1847- B Acushnet Ave New Bedford, MA. For the Professional Service they provide. It started over 5 years ago when I first went to the Wareham Location and met Branch Manager. I had several Tax Issues to deal with and made an appointment. I arrived at the location and she greeted me with a warm welcome. Assuring me that I would be OK! Sure enough I walked out with all my questions answered and taxes filed. She then mentioned how I could go to the New Bedford location instead of driving to Wareham. I took her advice and the following year I went to the Acushnet Ave. Branch and met Trishia who has been doing my taxes for the last 4 years. She knows her stuff and answered all my questions and helped me with setting up my business tax needs. Each time I go to this location it only gets better and better. The office staff Rock! Professional, People Friendly, and Great Service is why I highly recommend this location.

My experience with Jackson Hewitt was excellent. Linda Pearce from Cleburne Texas was amazing, and was patient with my mess of documents. My only complaint is the place Jackson Hewitt picked to do taxes. It was inside Walmart in a very uncomfortable chair, with little space to spread out your documents. and very noisy. I feel Jackson Hewitt can do better for their customers, and for their employees. Very uncomfortable and difficult to hear etc.

Your Rep Debra Huffman gave us a complete review and explanation of our income tax forms to our full understanding. She was very pleasant and helpful. She made the experience as enjoyable as possible considering it is doing taxes after all.

Ms. Shelly Maddox was very patient and did not mind answering questions. Ms. Shelly Maddox was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable I will ask for her again. Ms. Shelly Maddox provided excellent customer service.

So I'm just wondering when I should get my taxes back

Great service! Thank you Pete! Clinton,Utah!

Very good experience. No bad things about them. Everything went well.

I received excellent service from Barbara at Jackson Hewitt in Olympia, WA for two years in a row. Today I was in and out in one hour.
