The delays in shipping were due to operational challenges and an overwhelming number of orders, which impacted our usual processing times. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and for the lack of communication. We did ship your order on the 28th of March but sadly it didn't meet your expectations. To address your concerns, we have initiated a refund of $133.27 to your PayPal account on the 21st of April.
