Ordered the product August 20th and still has not arrived 3 weeks later. My order shows in their system as processing. I reached out by email twice with a reply from someone saying they "would look into it and get back to me". That has not happened. Unfortunately, they are not yet listed with the BBB. I will give them until the end of the week and then report to BBB. It looks like many others have had similar experiences. They got my $150 and one way or another i hope to get it back.

I ordered a men's leather baseball bomber jacket from them. There sales team is fantastic. Reached out to me right away to confirm my size. And thank god they did because I definitely ordered the wrong size. I didn't see they had sizing charts on each jacket they have listed which is great because most stores don't even post that. Quality of the jacket was great, wish i paid for expedited shipping though.

First the jacket was delivered to the wrong adress but they were really kind and in about 2-3weeks i got the jacket. The jacket is great more than happy and great customer support

I have been trying for days now to get their reply to solve the customs clearance for my package. After several emails, sent on a daily basis, not a single reply from them. So unprofessional. Is it so difficult to reply to at least one single email. So m item will be returned, although it is paid for, because it was so difficult for the Seller's customer care to reply to one of the many emails.

THIS IS THE MOST EVIL, SCAM COMPANY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!! This company just ripped me off so bad I couldn't believe it. They intentionally sell damaged products, in my case a Formula One Miami Ferrari Racing button down shirt. The shirt cost $90 plus tax. It arrived in a completely closed and perfect plastic bag for shipping, when I opened the shirt it had a large black stain on it in the middle of the chest. I contacted the company and they said it had to have happened during shipping because every product leaving their store has a quality control "officer" that checks every product before being shipped. This is a lie, the bag it was shipped in was in perfect condition. So they said send pics, I did, then pics of the packaging, I had thrown away the bag, I had ripped the bag open anyway. This starts going back and forth over weeks. Then they said we will send you another shirt but you need to pay $65 shipping. I think you can see what's going on here. Then asked me not to contact my credit card company and offered 15% back. They would not return my money or give me another shirt. So I had the order refunded by my credit card company and then they filed a lawsuit in small claims court to sue me. It was thrown out but cost me 2k in attorney fees. Long story short I wish I could give more than negative feedback. This is the most evil, scamming company I have ever experienced in my life and I shop online all the time. I HOPE PEOPLE SEE THIS AND RUN THIS COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS.

Ordered mens 2XL “Vintage” Carhartt got a jacket so small that my hand won’t even fit thru the sleeve…. and its obviously a counterfeit…. the tag is nothing like my other Carhartt coats Stay away from these scam artists

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I asked them to cancel my order which they did and told me they would refund the money. It has been 3 months and still nothing.

Ordered a "Nike" Hoodie 12/9/2025 with the statement will receive by Christmas. I didn't receive until Jan 30, and pretty sure it is counterfeit. It came from Karashi, Pakistan. Have reported to Nike for follow-up. On top of that I paid a $15.00 flat shipping fee, but now I'm getting bills from Fedex for shipping. This company is not someone I'll never do business with in the future and suggest you don't either!
