Grand Admiral costume tunic finally arrived
I'm going to be completely fair and objective. I ordered an, admittedly, unlicensed product in December 2024 with an expected expedited delivery date of early January 2025. I was given a series of updates and then silence. I requested shipping info from CS and was told that I would be notified when it shipped. This was in March. After reading reviews, I had resigned myself to having been scammed and to have lost my money. A few days ago, I got notification that my jacket had shipped six months after I had ordered it. I wasn't sure what I was going to get, but what was delivered was a very substantial costume jacket that is really very nice and reasonably well made from what I can tell. The iron-on rank insignia will have to be removed and residue taken off, but it really is a nice base piece for a Star Wars Grand Admiral uniform. It requires some customization, but it is a lot more substantial than the Grand Admiral costume that I ordered in a pinch, which also had iron-on insignia that required removal. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I got what I ordered. Finally. I gave the review three stars because of the length of time to get the product and the lack of communication from the seller. It would have been five stars if I had gotten it in a more timely manner because the jacket itself, with customization, will be an excellent costume piece.
