Top of the line! Great company. I ordered my oldest son a jacket. He had the best looking Letterman jacket on his HS baseball team! We all loved it so much, I ordered my younger son a jacket for a 2023 xmas gift! I will highly recommend! Thank you

I loved how I was able to build exactly the Jacket I wanted. I struggled at first making a decision and was able to communicate easily with staff to get things exactly how I wanted. So easy and we LOVE how everything turned out.

This was a great online ordering experience. I’m generally difficult to fit, and the guide made it easy. The jacket was delivered cross-border to Canada inside the projected time, and I live on a small island just off Vancouver where shipping is an issue. The product is of such a quality, I’m considering not getting it crested, and buying a second one for cresting. It may be my single best online shopping experience.

5 star experience. Jacket Shop saved me the week before Christmas when I found out that the jacket I had ordered in November was not going to come. Excellent customer service. Jacket was here in two days and shipped from the USA… and fantastic quality. She wears it every day!
