jacket fits great, comfortable and cozy, looks amazing

Very rude response when I was simply trying to exchange a jacket for a larger size. The jacket was supposed to be a men’s XL, but by the zipper placement and fit, we are convinced it’s a female jacket. Regardless I was just going to get a size bigger and the guy was condescending and rude about the simple request. Wants to charge me $60 fee, um no. This is a terrible policy and I will not support this business.

I ordered a look a like jacket that Kacey Dutton wore on Yellowstone. When I received the jacket the lining was torn and the color was way off. The man I messaged told me to take it outside and get dirt on it to make it look worn. The jacket I received looked like a piece of Bacon and very shiny. I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, $189 is a lot of money for what I received. My child and myself was highly disappointed.

Tried to get my wife a jacket the one that was worn in the last episode of Queens gambit the white one. Try to get it right before Christmas he didn’t come before Christmas and I ordered it almost a month in advance. What showed up at my door with some trash. A high school kid could’ve did way better with a pattern. The jacket look like A white wall cloth with a sad lining in it and three buttons it had more wrinkles than a tired old man. I didn’t give this to my wife for Christmas that’s how bad it looked. I asked for refund and you know how the story goes. Oh we did our part it’ll cost you $50 to send it back that’s if we give you a refund. I got hustled. So I hope this review helps the next person. Don’t play checkers make sure you plan chess. Checkmate.

My wife tried to order the Indiana Jones jacket from them. They didn't post any shipping information so my wife called them. The call was transferred to a 3rd party Pakistan company who stated They were out of leather. We are awaiting our refund. Will update this review if our experience is worse. Not a trustworthy company. Shop somewhere else!!!

The jacket I bought itself was good, but the jacket was too big. As they offer returns, it would make sense that you can return the jacket and just get a smaller one right? Well, that’s not how they decided to handle it. Instead, they said that I would not get my money back, AND they would be charging me an additional $60 fee to exchange the jacket. So if you want a quality jacket for at least $179, you better hope and pray to god you chose the right size, cause they will not show any respect towards you if you don’t. They will treat you like garbage if you so much as ask for a different size. Again, the jacket itself is quality, but there are absolutely better places to get a cosplay jacket from. Don’t buy from here.

The indiana jones jacket is perfect. I ordered this for Halloween and I am very happy with how it looks. The jacket is nicely stitched and fits perfectly. I love the attention to detail and how it is so much like the one in the movie. Can’t wait to wear it soon at my friend’s party!

Customer service is awful. They only respond after paypal protection expires......if they put as much effort Into scamming and tricking people, they could actually be a legitimate buisness...
