WARNING This business is shady and under handed. I thought I was ordering from a Reparable business located in California but my product came from Pakistan. I ordered a 4X Lakers Jacket for my fiancé for a Christmas present but when I opened the package I noticed it was too small. The 4X was a size US large. This business should be more transparent by informing the buyer that the sizes are smaller than Normal United States sizes and should put a comparison chart on their site so we the buyer would know exactly what we are getting. The jacket could barely fit me and the arms are extremely short. The telephone number is not valid, therefore the only way to contact with them is by email. From this 1 purchase, I received 3 different business names and addresses. NOTHING which say Creator Jackets. Then I was told I would be charged a $50 restocking fee and once they receive the jacket I would be refunded. After all of this the address to send the merchandise back is located in Glen Ellyn IL, under another business name (eWorld Innovative Solutions) with a telephone number that doesn’t work. Therefore, I looked up the address and it was someone house. PLEASE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BUSINESS OR LOSE YOUR MONEY!

Total scam. The items come from Karachi, PK. The website has nothing that says this, show Los Angeles, CA. Jacket is crap - colors are faded, not worth the price and runs very small adult sizes should be youth. Horrible customer service. They do not ship items for at least 25 days after they debit your account. This is the other scam for their returns. Read the return section, you will not get a refund. Jasril George will not give you a refund. This is a scam DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR WHATEVER THIS IS.

Would NOT recommend!! Terrible customer service- very poor quality of clothing- very difficult company to work with - will not do refund for ANY reason — very dissatisfied one time customer!! They will automatically deduct $50.00 dollars and will not pay for you to return item - they will not send a shipping label - so it’s basically a dead end if you are unhappy with purchase - very dissatisfied

Real and trustworthy business — Got the jacket depicted on the site. Some small details are a bit different but the jacket is comfortable and high quality, so it's not a problem. Make sure to check the return/exchange policy or you'll end up losing $60 for picking the wrong size! Unfortunately that's pretty much what happened to me. :/ Customer service is very responsive and does their best to help out.

I purchased a green corduroy Little Joe Cartwright jacket like the one Michael Landon wore on Bonanza. Very well made and as close as I could find to the original, given the price! I had to have my tailor do a couple of alterations. ( Their size small is more like a medium - large) But I am happy with it!! Special thanks to Jasril George and everyone @ Jackets Creator!
