I’m so tired of trying to deal with this company. I ordered a Star Trek jacket more than 2 months before I was going to use it at a con. The jacket I received was too small. I asked for a replacement or refund. I got a replacement that was the same size as the original. I again asked for a refund or replacement letting them know exactly when I needed the jacket as we were now only 3 weeks out. I was assured a new jacket of the right size would be sent to me before the date I repeatedly told them I had to have it. It did not arrive on time. In fact it wasn’t even scheduled to be sent until after the con. I asked again for a refund. I got only the shipping refunded. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed in this company. John Marshall acted helpful. Addie said she was a CS manager. Neither one could deliver on all their promises

this was one of the fastest shipping’s although there was some trouble it was easy to sort out because john marshal helped me sort through the problem quickly
