I’m giving a 5-star rating to my customer service representative Daniel Wills at Jacket-Hub and a 4-star rating to Jacket-Hub the company. I ordered the Pee Wee Herman outfit from them recently. I ordered size 34 pants, which are my size. Unfortunately, the size 34 pants from Jacket Hub were a half an inch shorter in the waist size compared to standard American size 34 pants. Daniel Wills was a big help. He offered me a discounted replacement of the outfit, that let me keep the original outfit. Very helpful person. If you order pants with your outfit from Jacket-Hub, it might be best to order one size up from your size.

Jacob smith was easy to work with. I couldn’t return my item but he found a great resolution for me. Personally called me and followed up multiple times via email. I was impressed with the customer service.

J ai aimé pouvoir échanger avec le service client et avoir des infos. Le produit est conforme. En revanche le delai est un peu long. La livraison n a pas eu lieu au domicile pourtant mon fils etait present le jour j , mais le depot dans un relai tres proche etait parfait.
