jacket-hub.comReviews of jacket-hub.com

Very quick polite friendly response which answered my query by Beth.

The product was of very high quality and represented well on their web page. The only issue I had was a letter of the jacket wasn't properly represented. John Marshall was very helpful addressing my one complaint.

The customer service is great. I called with an inquiry and they responded right away. Walter Jr was very helpful.

Harry was my customer service rep. and he was so helpful and quick to respond. Very nice too!

I was very disappointed to get notification that my parcel, intended as a birthday present, has been delayed. I explained the urgency and Walter Jr. has been super helpful in trying to ensure that it will shop on time. Very nice to have a person who will try and help the other side instead of nameless automated replies/

Harry made a good job...waiting for my Hoddie...
