The item I ordered was quite good. I ordered one of the jackets from Star Trek Picard. Excellent recreation. Good quality. Only issue I had was that it ended up running a little bit small. I emailed them about exchanging it as the tag that came with the item instructed. I was very quickly contacted by a gentleman named Ethan Bruce. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to exchange it because I lost my email with the order info. I gave him my name and shipping address. He promptly reached out to the appropriate department. After exchanging a few emails as well as photos of the item, they offered to send me a new one next size up. The only thing it cost me was shipping and I got to keep the first one they had sent me. The entire episode took maybe an hour.

El servicio de atención al cliente rapido, pero la empresa una estafa ya que pedí una chaqueta y mandaron una totalmente diferente y no conseguí que me devolvieran el 100% o me mandaran la que yo solicité. Muy defraudada estoy.

Stick with eBay. I ordered from them because I thought they were a legit seller. They had the jacket I wanted & according to the measurements they gave it should have been big on me. They used a drop shipper from Pakistan. The jacket is so small it is truly ridiculous-looking. There is no way possible to close it, let alone zip it. Ethan was only going to refund me 18%, don't know where he got that number from. Then offered me $45, telling me that otherwise, I would need to pay for shipping myself back to Pakistan. I had spent $120. As of 3/7/24 I have not received any contact from this company. I didn't even get into the terrible quality of the jacket, how dirty it was, and the fact they stated on their site it was the name brand, but it is a bad knockoff. They are scammers.
