Bought a jacket some 20 days ago, still I am waiting to be shipped. Very bad service and I am afraid the jacket itself will be as bad as the service provided so far

The delivery was fairly quick and the product (a parka) is of a great quality. It also came in a nice bag. I am very satisfied. 💙

No issues what so ever! Fast and efficient! Can't wait to be Cam'ron for Halloween

The sizing was perfect based off the sizing chart (so that was great, true to size), but this is not at all what I expected based on the pictures/product description. Taylor’s jacket has a ombré coloring and there’s no pockets on her jacket. This jacket was solid maroon/red with pockets and does not have the same visual look. The material is also much thinner than I expected. I couldn’t have asked for better costumer service, as when I communicated my disappointment with the product, they were super helpful and responsive!!

I’m updating this review from 5 to 2 stars. Customer service is prompt in their responses however, I was guaranteed a delivery date of Oct 20 if I made the purchase on Oct 5, which I went and did. It’s currently Oct 23 and my package isn’t set to arrive until Oct 28. I have yet to see the final product.
