Order 2 shirts. Shirt sizes of my original order were too small. Other than having to pay for shipping on re-order of a size larger, I had quick response from customer service. Of the shirts received—total of 4 shirts (2 original L & 2 re-order XL), the fabric varied in quality.

I purchased the shrunken head Bob suit. Item arrived before Halloween and it is true to size. Also great customer service, you actually get a personalized message back. Highly recommended.

I was skeptical at first because of some of the reviews I read but I'm glad I decided to order. My son loves the jacket, its exactly what he wanted. I had communication with Hollywood Jackets a few times, and they were always kind and informative. I'm very happy with my purchase and would order again if the opportunity arises.

Arrived later than I'd have liked, but my jacket did arrive in time for Halloween and delivered in terms of aesthetics and quality. Customer support worked with me to ensure it arrived on time, but had to stay on top of them via email so I recommend the same if timeliness on delivery is a high priority.

Omg when I mean I had the best experience with the customer service team great job gentleman Shawn and Jacob assisted me well! I received my Tiffany jacket very beautiful and great quality I loved it so much I purchased one for my husband! Shipping was fast as well!

The customer service was excellent. Very responsive. The only reason why I gave the experience 4 out of 5 stars was because I really wanted to have my name used as the name tag for the item, being a fan of Ghostbusters, after all. Nevertheless, I am looking forward in doing business with the company in the future.
