I still haven’t gotten my package
Response from Jack And Jill AdultMay 21, 2021
Hello Johnathan, We just looked in and tracked your order. Tracking info is showing it as delivered. I have launched a USPS investigation with geo-tracking to be sure it was indeed delivered to the correct address. Once we receive information we can move forward. This usually takes no more than 48 hours. Once we receive feedback from the postal service we can refund you back for the product, or we can reship your order. Thank you.
