If I could give Jack & Jill 0 stars, I would. I purchased many items from your store and online but your lack of a return policy sucks. I paid $46 for a pair of heels that I can't wear and you wouldn't even exchange them let alone give me a refund. I will not recommend J&J to anyone after calling and getting poor customer service. Hi Lulu, Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns of merchandise due to sanitary reasons. In these days of COVID19, we strive to keep our customers safe. In the case of a defective product, we will replace any defective item with the same item. Our apologies that we could not resolve your issue. We do hope you will give us another chance in the future.
