This was my first time purchasing and very happy I did, the toddler shoes are so comfortable and cushioned with a thick rubber, our 20 month old rocked back and forth from toe to heel enjoying the new found comfort. They also gave custom support in the measurement for proper size. Great company will order again soon.

I had a great experience with Jack & Bo. I ordered 2 pairs of the Autumn Shade Baby Booties. They are luscious! But both pairs were too small for my girls (go by the size guide— not the reviews!) I emailed customer service and Paul was fantastic! I explained what happened, took a quick picture of the unworn shoes, and emailed that to them. I had my replacement shoes faster than the originals and my kiddos LOVE them! They are super warm, soft and durable! I would definitely recommend this company and will shop here again!
