This place is a horrible place to try to collaborate with. I was told for a month that they would post my daughter as an ambassador and they never did. I reject buying from them because I was lied to. I watched and was paying close attention and when I told them I’m going to collaborate with another company they said they understood and smiled.

I got two outfits for my Princess and I was very impressed with the quality! So soft and comfortable, great communication with customers, decent shipping times and over a wonderful experience!! If you haven’t brought something from this store, I highly recommend ☺️

I brought a couple pairs of shoes for my daughter. Three pairs were arrived on time. One pair was missing. Then I chatted with the customer service, Kia, and she helped me find out what happened to that package. As soon as she knew that the package was returned to the sender. She helped me process a refund for that pair of shoes right away. I appreciate what she helped me. She provided a good customer service. Five stars for her~~~~~~

I got the Sleeveless Dress with Hairpin set and it is absolutely beautiful! It fit perfectly and the material is super soft and comfy. The entire process was simple and the order was shipped with tracking and notification so I knew exactly when to expect the package. A truly professional company with beautiful clothes for kids!

Their products are amazing quality, I love how soft they are, the postage was a bit slow but I excepted that. When I got my items, the sweatshirt I received was the wrong colour but as soon as I emailed we both came to a resolution very quickly, their customer service was great :) I will be shopping with Jack & Bo again.
