With a Huawei Mate 10 Pro it worked excellent, I had reception at places where others did not. I was really happy during the last 3 months! In my opinion the reception depends on your phone too, not only the SIM card.

Finished my 1 year internship in Detroit and service worked great. WiFi was not always available and their mobile data were very dependable.

I've never been so disappointed my 2nd time calling and still didn't get any help, they didn't recognize my details but money is pulled from my account for this Sim something has to be done about the customer care line it's supposed to be helpful.

mobile phone worked fine for 5 month intership in New York. The 2GB runs out fast so i recommned unlimited if no cable in yoru apartment.

Worst ever support. Plus the service doesn’t even work. I tried calling t-Mobile to fix the issue and they said I’m not the authorized user. You can’t even reach them. Is this Scam?? Because I paid over $100 dollars for this plan.
