My glp1 says is three month on the papers supply and I just got a month supply, when I paid for three months. I haven’t get a response from them yet on if they are going to send the rest month by month or if they missed it.

To long if a wait and not really helpful

I gave 3 stars because I was told in the beginning I would receive my medication 3 days from purchase. Hopefully I can upgrade the review on the next order.

Scheduled prescription arrived afternoon of day I was scheduled to inject. I inject in mornings. I find this unacceptable. Scheduled prescriptions should arrive with a few days minimum to spare. Other than that, prescription was correct temperature when received.

When I first started with Ivy, I paid six months upfront so I could get delivered my stuff on time and my first experience they sent me my first three months and I was super excited that it was working out when it was time for my fourth treatment I had to call continuously to let them know know I had not received my fourth treatment or if they were sending all three for what I paid for I finally a month later after a disruption in my shots I got one bio with four syringes, and they told me this was for the next three months or two months. I can’t remember that part. How can it be if they don’t send you enough syringes and after I use those there was no medicine left so I called again two months later they said a package was delivered at my door when I opened it. There was only ice packs inside nothing else then after waiting three more months, I finally got a package with eight syringes in a vile, hoping that it uses all eight and not just for, but they are very nice to work with but hard getting the medicine.

I received my 1st vial mixed with vitamin b6 instead of b12. I was confused as to why mine wasn't red liquid. I did reach out to doctor and he said the lab was probably short and mixed it with b6 instead. I should have gotten the option but wasn't.

Lack of communication with the doctor. Took 5 days and I never did get a phone conversation to express how I was doing. Then just automatically gave the next smallest dose. Didn't listen to a word I expressed.
