I was very disappointed with the amount of time it took to receive my medications. Over a month is unacceptable I almost gave up on the program. Thank-you to Jae-d for keeping me at least advised of the delays.

I am disappointed in the fact it is advertised that the prescription is shipped in 3-5 days but it has been a week and they said it will be another 3-5 Business days.

Still haven't received my medication.Order was sent to pharmacy 2.5 weeks ago.

It took over four hours for someone to join the conversation after I submitted a question. Once DJ joined, the issue was addressed quickly and DJ assured me it would be resolved quickly in a timely manner and would follow up on it for me.

Price- good Delivery- good Medication- not good I was with a more expensive company that provided full strength medication that worked. I lost 40 lbs. I’ve been on your less concentrated formula for 3 months ( which I had no idea that is what I was getting before I ordered) and I haven’t lost anything. Not 1 lb. I paid $1000 for six months of medication with no results so far. I guess you do get what you pay for. 🤷‍♀️ Go with what works not what is a better deal.

Quick approval, however it's been well over a week since the script was sent to the pharmacy and there has been no movement/

I was very concerned and upset when my established treatment plan all of a sudden was re-evaluated and the supply of drug was stopped. However, after I worked closely with the Support Team the treatment plan was re-installed, and the drug shipment was accelerated and delivered to me successfully . I would like to state that the member of Support Team Alvin was absolutely essential in helping me with this crisis. His unwavering support, consistency, great communication skills and consideration made all the difference.
