Great Customer Service and Products
This is my second month with Ivy RX and so far it has been amazing. I love how fast and respectful the customer service agents are. They make it easy by having a chat feature to fix issues and it is easy to reflect on past conversations. Zennon was the most recent and not only were they efficient they were very knowledgeable an corrected the issue and ensured I was well informed about their actions. Thank you again Zennon and Ivy Rx!
