Since I place an order 2 hours ago,my privacy is gone, this is a spam , now I have to deal with promotion I don’t need and reported as a spammer, ball sh+t my email now is a trash bin, F+U+C+C this scammers will never trust to them

In summary, you tried to place an order but did not complete the medical questionnaire. You must have received a follow up email from our customer support to complete the medical questionnaire which is not spam and is only initiated if you did not complete the medical checkout. Rest assured, our customer support is active and will respond to inquiries, had you reached out to our support channel, we could have canceled your abandoned order. We take allegations of “being a scam” seriously. Upon further checking, we have not charged you for your order. You may be referring to the "pre-authorization hold" (credit card) or "pending charge" (debit card) that was applied to your card. Since your order has been abandoned for more than a week, the hold or charge has already been credited back to your account. Thank you for your understanding and feedback, most websites have promotions and we are only making sure that we provide information and the latest discounts to everyone that has signed up to our website. If you strongly do not want any promotions, you could have reached out to us via our active support channel to close your account instead.
