Oh my gosh where should I start with this Let's see for starters I had put a request for a one time charge of 195.00 For a semi gluten product Let me remind you that it was supposed to be a one time trial.!! Instead I got charge to my credit card $370.00 for a product the I never received and didn't order 2 weeks later 1 got a second charge for 245.00 again never I never received a single item from you! I waiting to see how many more charges will appear Before someone takes action and make it right I have talk to someone of your employees but no one actually calls me back last person I spoke about this his name was James he told me he personally was going to look into this matter again I'm still waiting????

I have been on Semiglutide before from a compound pharmacy and it was amazing. My appetite was minimal and I lost over 25 pounds and felt amazing. Ivy RX Semiglutide was the opposite. I actually had increased appetite and did not lose any weight. I am very disappointed in the hundreds of dollars I have spent. I would not recommend.

You should tell your audience you have 2 charges amounting to over &300. Also I did NOT authorize the 2nd fee.

Duplicated payment and their user interface is ghetto.

NAD injection created very large knots under my skin. When I spoke with the doctor I was told it was normal and will go away. A month later they are all still there and now causing dimpling. My abdomen is rough now with so many hurting nodules. Cannot get a response back from the doctor. I will have this medication tested as I do not believe this is NAD.

Absolutely the worst. I highly recommend staying away. The doctor was unprofessional and rude. He refused to allow me to continue at my current dose and stated I would have to start over at the lowest dose. When I asked for an explanation he refused to provide one and ignored me.
