IVY does not accept HSA accounts
IVY does not accept HSA accounts, which I find suspicious. They are also exceptionally slow to respond to support inquires. Given the number of other med options out there, I would avoid them.

There is very poor communication in this company. I am expecting one thing and something else happens. This is poor when we’re dealing with medication. I just received my second vial and it’s the wrong strength. I tried to go into the app and posted questions which were never answered before they closed. Poor communication.

You are not responding to my repeat attempts to contact you after changing my order. It's the wrong dose.. no messenger. No email response. Nothing after getting funds.

Charged me for order on 4/4 but it’s 4/12 and i now have no meds when my current are expiring and they still have given the meds to the postal carrier to be entered into system and shipped. Reached out to customer care and got no response. I will be cancelling my subscription after I get my dose meds I paid for and swapping to a local med spa.

This is my second review for IvyRx. The first review I’ve written was rated 2 stars. I am still dealing with the same issue but no one wants to pay attention. I warned Ray that I will write another review if he continue to ignore my msg’s. Still didn’t get no response. Ray from patient portal of IvyRx is my main contact. He would not reply to my msg’s for weeks. Ray finally responded to my email and apologized with a promised to refund my money if I am to write a good review to trust pilot. I told him that I will write a good review cause he’s trying to make things right. And I am wiling to do so cause I don’t believe on making any businesses look bad. However, Ray disappeared again. Didn’t respond to my msg’s. Since Ray is not responding, I emailed the customer support. Still didn’t get any respond. Ray or anyone from Ivy Rx needs to get in contact with UPS so they can follow up with the complaint that they filed on my behalf. I emailed the customer support of IvyRx all the necessary informations given by UPS so they can proceed and process my refund of $358 ($179 x2). I’ve waiting to get my money back for more than 2 months now but IvyRx refuses to do so. I need help - thank you!

Still getting the run around for an order paid for but never delivered. They are now claiming that the single order was actually a double order, even though the number of pills is the same as it has been in every other single order(180), they are now claiming that 180 is actually a double order. The prescription is for two tablets per day for 90 days(3 months). It seems obvious that I will have to do a chargeback for the undelivered medication, as they are either disorganized in the extreme, or actually scamming.

Very undependable. If and once you receive your order you will begin a treatment plan laid out by the doctor and all of a sudden your orders will stop arriving. When you speak with support they act confused before they start denying you ever had a script. Its just not safe or a good idea to start their programs when you cant depend on be able to keep up the maintenance. after a while they will send you a link saying they don't see you in the system and you need to do a consult and start all over again just to stall you out. Their doctors write you six months worth of scripts even on the monthly plan. So each month they just fill the next and ship it. This is all viewable on your accounts page when you login. All the scripts, the doctors treatment plan month by month and dose by dose, along with your past and future shipment and billing dates. Yet there support team still has the audacity to tell you they don't see where you were apart of a treatment plan. All this due to their lack of organization and efficiency. Instead of saying we are running behind they stall you out and have you taking prescribed meds that they cant deliver so all the risk is on you. You have no way of knowing how starting and stopping those scripts are going to affect you.

I’ve used this company before and had a previous issue with pricing, which was eventually corrected. At the time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and removed my review. Unfortunately, I’m now dealing with another serious issue. I was charged for a Semaglutide 0.25mg daily dose — a treatment I did not approve to begin. I clearly stated that I did not want to start Semaglutide until after I had the chance to evaluate the effects of Seamoeelan and NAD+. On top of that, I had requested a higher starting dose, not 0.25mg. This charge is not only unauthorized, but the amount is also significantly higher than what was initially discussed. It’s unacceptable to charge customers without clear, confirmed consent — especially when prior communication stated otherwise. I expect this to be addressed and refunded immediately. Hopefully Jim will be reaching out to me to fix this issue.
