I ordered the GUT PEPTIDE COMPLEX they charged me for 90days I got 30 the bottle did not have the ingredient breakdown listed - I had asked BEFORE I bought - they said this BPC-157 – 1000 mcg (1 mg) KPV – 500 mcg GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide) – 2 mg 🔬 What These Peptides Do BPC-157 (Body Protective Compound-157) I then asked AGAIN since it was not on the bottle then they said THIS ngredient Amount (mcg) BPC-157 250 mcg KPV 500 mcg LL-37 100 mcg Thymosin Beta-4 250 mcg TOTALLY NOT THE SAME Then I had to message and call again and again to even get my 2 other bottle that were never sent that I paid for and I still do not have them although they now say they are shipping them. I also ordered METFORMIN its a PHOTO on their website of CAPSULES I got them and its TABLETS and they did not spell my name correctly on the prescription bottle. If the PHOTO on their website shows CAPSULES I should get CAPSULES - many messages calls to them NO RESPONSE on any of this except they finally sent an email that they will send the product that I paid for.

On May 24, 2025, I placed an order with Ivy RX and was charged $360 immediately, even though they claim payment isn’t collected until after approval. That’s misleading. They created a shipping label, but the package was never handed off to UPS. After days of back and forth—and no clear answers—I was finally told they couldn’t guarantee when the order would ship. So I cancelled the order myself and requested a refund. Their response? A vague note saying my refund request had been “forwarded to accounting” and I’d get an update once they reviewed it. That was more than a week ago, and I’ve heard nothing since. I’ve followed up by email. I’ve called. Nothing. No refund. No accountability. What’s worse: I went with another company and had a smooth experience—medication delivered on time, no issues, no excuses. Ivy RX is clearly the outlier. They ask for your email, address & phone number before giving you the price, I chose not to complete the process, soon as I did that, I received a text from facebook requesting a password change, then I received another text after I changed my password, for my own protection, asking me to complete my order. I blocked the phone number 646-461-4964, scammers

Had refills left. Was charged for Rx. The app showed it was being processed. After over three weeks and checking in multiple times we finally got them to review the order and was only then informed that we needed a Dr review. This was after over three weeks of waiting and having been charged already. And as I mentioned we already had refills left on the Rx. After that the review went quick. But they actually cancled the orignal refill order (which could have been done weeks ago) but no refund was processed. We were then charged again for the new Rx. We submitted yet another message that we needed to be refunded and they said they would but it’s been a week and the refund still hasn’t shown up. Gap in Rx for almost a month and double billed. Terrible experience and service.

Today is June 2, 2025 and I I received an email on June 1, 2025 stating that, "I should have received my new order by now", not true, I have not received anything. Also, I have been charged twice but still have not received any products. This review is part of the journal'ish that I am keeping and want to share with others.

You have billed me twice for an annual subscription and also for a three month subscription. I only want the 3 month supply. Please credit the other two charges

With consistent exercise (workout 5-6x a week and some days 2x a day) and clean eating (juicing, vegetarian and fasting)for 3 months. I only lost 8lbs. This product cost to much to not see results as one would hope.
