Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would without hesitation. I paid over $2,000 and from day one, it’s been a nightmare — constant shipping issues, delays, and a complete lack of communication. But what’s worse? They made a serious medication error — a dangerous, unacceptable mistake — and nobody seemed to care. I’ve reached out multiple times, called, emailed, even specifically requested to speak with a supervisor. Not once did I get a proper response. Most of the time, I didn’t hear back at all — sometimes for days or even weeks. This company is totally unprofessional, unresponsive, and frankly negligent. They have no business handling something as serious as healthcare. Save yourself the stress, risk, and money — go somewhere else. This place is a disgrace.

Absolutely terrible… I ordered meds June 6th, it’s almost the 22nd still nothing. I missed two weeks worth of my GLP1. Their chat support is the worst, it’s an AI robot that takes day to answer. The reps on the phone all tell you the order is on the way when it’s not. They told me it’s “ready for pickup at any moment” by UPS, then it’s being re routed to another pharmacy. Mind you, no tracking updates since June 6. This is unacceptable. Will be canceling my membership AFTER I get my money back After 3 weeks I finally got my medication from a different pharmacy.. and guess what.. they sent me the wrong instructions. Told me to take almost 90 units of tirzeptide which equates to the highest dose. Mind you I’m only on the 2nd lowest dose right now. Even the doctors on the support chat were shocked the instructions said to take 90 units and they apologized to me. What a joke. You cannot make this up. IvyRX should not be able to sell people medications. A lawsuit is coming

the initial response was good. I received meds within promised timeframe but they were not cold at all. I didn’t have good results from the trizepatide for the entire 3 months. when it was time for the next prescription they took the money out of my account as they should have but I never received the meds. I finally received a message from the doctor stating they had sent my prescription to another pharmacy because the pharmacy they were using was not able to handle the number of prescriptions they were getting. he also left a note that was unclear that stated to take the medication as now prescribed and not as originally prescribed. I responded within an hour of receiving that message just trying to make sure that I would be receiving the step 4, 5, and 6 meds. I never received a response. I started calling and each person I spoke with was saying the same thing about it being moved to another pharmacy. Also stating that the doctor should have responded and they would check on that and get back with me. after 4 phone calls and each one having no response I cancelled. no one could tell me who had the prescription, how long I would be waiting, nor a response to them calling the pharmacy to check on the prescription. So I am currently waiting on my refund to go back on my account. they have a recording on their service that states they strive to return calls within 1 hour. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely horrible care. When I enrolled, there was an offer of a Zofran prescription for an additional $50, since nausea is a common side effect. I declined it at the time, but 6 weeks into treatment I’m feeling nauseas and vomiting DAILY, so I contacted them and asked for Zofran. They told me no, drink some tea instead. They said they “can’t” prescribe Zofran, which makes NO sense because they offer it at enrollment. When I tried to ask WHY they offer it but don’t actually prescribe it, my messages started getting ignored. Then, I emailed customer service to inquire about a refund due to extremely poor communication and support from their medical staff, and when they responded, I see the internal label for my message says “abusive patient demands Zofran.” No, sick patient requested basic medical care and is frustrated the doctor doesn’t give a shit. And that’s the worst thing I said in any message, “the doctors don’t give a shit.” Now I’m “abusive and demanding” according to their internal memos. Would be happy to provide screenshots of my very polite request they are calling a “demand” and of the messages they label “abuse.” It’s far from it. I wonder how they’ll label you internally after they decide not to help you with YOUR side effects? I didn’t demand anything, except an explanation about why they said they can’t prescribe it, when it was already offered in the enrollment process. EDIT: Shortly after publishing this review, they inactivated my online account and I can no longer access any information related to my care or the mediation I am still on and taking for at least 6 more weeks, from them. They just deleted me. I prepaid for a year and they only sent the first 3 months so far, so they owe me a massive refund. They’re saying they didn’t delete my account, but they did cut off my access. I was immediately logged out and could not log in using my password, which is 100% correct. When I select one time code or reset password, no email comes through. It says my credentials are not found. This company is LYING. Gaslighters. Edit: Today is June 26th, 2025 and they still have not refunded me, they after stating they would on several different occasions.

I initially thought this was a great company, I’m due for my next injection and my medication has not shipped yet and there are no updates. Sadly I can no longer trust this company. Called customer service and all I got was “I will send a message to pharmacy” I’m starting to think this company is a scam.

UPDATED 8.8 The saga continues - Out of the blue ten days ago IVY RX emailed to say they would be sending the missing/incorrectly sent vial. They said it would be there within 5 days. Of course 10 days on - NOTHING. At this stage I am so confused as to why they hit me up again. this is like a bad boyfriend situation where you hope they'll do better next time and you believe them when they say they won't do it again. I really don't understand the positive reviews. They must be fake. Please please please read the real ones first if you are a new customer. Save yourself some time. UPDATED 7.2 I can’t believe this. Do not trust this company - under any circumstances. They sent a vial which arrived today - a month late and half my dose. So they have completely messed up my dosage - the money I have spent was a waste. And rather than giving me the opportunity to find another company a month ago they have strung me along with lie after lie and the whole thing has ended with only having half my dose. To be honest, this is dangerous at this stage. Ivy Rx… what do you have to say for yourself? UPDATED 6.26 I was told after my last Trustpilot review that the missing medicine would be fore filled by a different pharmacy. Sadly, this still hasn't happened and my follow up messages continue to be ignored. UPDATED 6.24 Still no treatment received. I have missed three weeks of injections. IVYRX said they would honor this vial, but I haven't heard from them since that message on the 19th. UPDATED 6.19 IVY RX is still being unclear and won't say outright what is happening with my treatment. And I am certain they are only replying because I am on trust pilot documenting this process. Currently on their messenger service they are saying my account is paused and until I pay for my next subscription $1000+ they will not send any more treatments. This means that the last part of my treatment (vial number 4) was never honored. I believed and was told that they had refunded me for this vial and were still sending it so that I could continue treatment despite it being a month late. I don;t believe thats the case now, but they are being shady about it and I am so over being a detective about it. PLEASE RESPOND PUBLICLY SO I KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING AND ITS CLEAR TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS HOW YOU CONDUCT BUSINESS Updated 6.18 - still no shipment - have missed 2 injections - ivyrx are responding to positive reviews and ignoring or burying the real ones - with genuine issues. My treatment should have been sent on May 31. Almost three weeks ago. They told me today my account was cancelled. This was not my choice. This is a decision they made without consulting me. I wish I had gone with a different company as this disruption in injections makes the whole thing pointless. I can see other people haven’t received their orders so clearly this is not going to be resolved quickly as they keep saying. Original review posted 6.15 Two of my shipments have been late and I have needed to chase on calls and through support. Current shipment should have arrived two weeks ago and I am now 5 days late for taking the medication on schedule - which is very disappointing as it sets the whole treatment back. I am somewhat ok with things being late, but now that I have missed a week of treatment my patience has worn out. And at this cost, I don;t see it as fair for me to do the chasing. I will update when the shipment arrives.

I order my product two weeks ago, and I still have not received it and for some odd reason my order is not showing on my account. When you messaged a doctor, they took like 2 to 3 days before you could get a response. for some odd reason, I had place in order then I canceled it and I replaced another one and the one that is canceled. That’s the only one that’s showing on my account.
