I had an issue with a shipment and have tried or days to get in contact with support. I submitted a ticket with no reply. Their technical support is nonexistent.

They processed payment for my shipment on June 13th. I am completely out of medicine and it hasnt even shipped yet.

I have been waiting on my next dose and I have no medication left. Tonight is the night I should start the next level and have not been able to get in touch with anyone other than them sending a tracking code. I feel like I will be sick now that it was not sent. They made sure to take my payment but did not send the medication.

I paid and placed an order on 6-12-2025. As of today, 6-24-2025, it has not even been shipped. This is a horrible company. If you like to chat with Ai, left and right, and answer the same stupid questions that the Ai keeps asking you, you are in the right place. If they are this incompetent in handling a product or shipment, I seriously question the quality of their product. I would recommend staying away and looking for other alternatives before buying from them. For the record, here are my last six digits of my order...825971

I ordered a year of Tirzepitide...they took my money...but never sent the shots. Over two weeks now and they just keep saying we are "sourcing" new pharmacies. They did cancel my order...but I am still waiting for the refund!

I ordered 4 weeks of Trizempatiide 12.4mg and received it in about a week. After 4 weeks of use I lost 8 pounds. Satisfied I ordered 3 months at a reduced price of $1,080. I received it on May 3 and my next delivery was scheduled for May 28. I have ven in contact with them and they are now not answering my messages. There is a open ticket. I'm not happy.

I never received my order and when I tried to contact the company, it made me log into my account but said my password was wrong so when I tried to reset it, it never sent me an email.
