Never again !!! I was approved for my medication , payed $250 and was told it will be mailed out in 2-4 days and should receive at my door in 7-10 business days well it’s been about 40 days and I am still being told “due to high demand it is taking longer than expected but should’ve sent soon !! They have said this6 times!!!! I should already be on my refill By now but unfortunately haven’t even started the medication !!! DO NOT USE THIS. COMPANY, u will get nothing , u will be out $250 with nothing to show for it but a headache !!!! 💜

You don't reply to messages sent through the website. The only way to actually get help is to call. When your doctors reply, they don't read your question and answer it, they just send copy-paste replies that answer the question they WISH you asked.

Ivy has not followed thru with providing me with my prepaid weight loss medication. Customer service does not exist, I have been off my medication for 2 weeks. They escalated my case to the supervisor and that was over a week ago.

I think this is a horrible company! I urge you to Stay Away! I was billed and then never sent my June medication. They are not answering my emails or phone calls. I am trying to get refunded. I never met with a doctor despite several requests. This company does not care about it’s customers. Find another provider to get your GLP1 medication.

If I could 0 stars I would. Over 10 days ago they took my 1900 dollars and I still have not received my medication. I have had to miss 2 days of work and an ER visit, and IVY RX don’t give a F—-! No one has answered any of my questions, no one can give me an ETA. If you cannot meet the demand, do not take my money and have me missing my medication for over 9 days now and be really sick. They can careless about my health and how I’m feeling. I have been so sick and now it seems because I’m so off track, I will probably have to start over. I would much rather do business with a company that actually cares about the people!

Paid for rx still have not gotten it !

Poor shipping times waited 10 days for nothing then I canceled my order my advice would be not to fall for there 3 to 5 day shipping gimmick and look at a better rated company
