Do not do Business with this company, This company use to be very reputable and great service, Now they provide robotic lip service and not a solution. Not to meantion they ahve farmed out to less than reputable componding pharmacies in an effort to save money in sub standard packaging and incorrect dosage. They are non responsive except Scripted thank you and sorry for the inconvenience. Blah Blah Blah. Absolutely go to another provider who is reputable as they exist and if you are going to self administer you need to be confident what you are putting in your body.

This company took my payment on 2 occassions and sent me a vile that should have lasted me 4 weeks but did not because the vile did not contain enough medication. I am currently behind on my dosage which sets me back and will cause me to start over from the the beginning low dose. They say to use the portal chat to communicate, which I have. No response has been provided. I called twice and spoke to someone and they said they would expedite my shipment so I do not miss my last dose for my 4th week. I still have not recieved an update and still being told that they are waiting on the pharmacy to provide an update. I also recieved another shipment for my next dosage increase and the packaging was tampered with and the vile had been extremely hot and likely for an extended amount of time. I requested reshipment more than a week ago and still no update. This company's level of communication when there is a customer delay is horrible!!! I am beyond frustrated and I recommend you do your research with other company's on their delivery times and with addressing reshipment time frames before you choose this company. It's a big deal when you miss a shipment or dose. Your body will need to start all over at the lowest dosage. That is not fun!!!! They will quickly take your payment, but give you horrible service and extremely slow to respond if they respond at all!!!!!

I had a great experience with IvyRx in the beginning. The first two shipments of my 9-month tirzepatide treatment plan arrived on time, well-packaged, cold, and with clear communication. I really felt confident in the process. But everything changed with the final shipment. After not receiving my third quarterly shipment, I reached out to ask why it hadn’t shipped. That’s when I was told my doctor had only prescribed six doses, not nine months something I was never informed of, and I wouldn’t have known unless I asked. That lack of communication left me confused and frustrated. I did the required follow-up check-in, and the doctor approved a new prescription for Tirzepatide/Glycine 13.5mg. After that, I was told I had to place a new order, even though I had already prepaid for the full 9-month plan. Thankfully, customer service was helpful and added a credit to my account so I could complete the order without being charged again. But then the shipment arrived and it was a mess: •I was sent Tirzepatide 15mg with B12, not the updated prescription with glycine. •The medication vials were just loose, not in a proper container. •The syringes were shoved into plastic bags, stuck to the glue inside the box completely unsanitary. •The package arrived warm, with no cold pack or temperature protection. •There were no instructions included on how to use the medication. While I appreciate the credit they applied to my account, the entire second half of this experience was disappointing and careless. There was a clear breakdown in communication, followed by poor handling of sensitive medication. For a service dealing with injectable treatments, that kind of inconsistency and lack of attention to detail is not acceptable. I’ve asked for a refund and will not continue with IvyRx unless major improvements are made.

This company is not reliable and has horrible customer service. Their refridgerated medications arrive a week late with ice packs smaller than your hand. They are non responsive and basically stole $500 from me due to sending me medications I could not use. Go to Hers instead.

I was approved easily and paid, but it has been a month and I NEVER received anything. I had to constantly follow up, now seeking a refund.

This seems like a fraud. Not a single product order has been fulfilled and they continue to bill me for a service they haven’t provided.

I was prescribed a medication back in June to take once per week. I paid for their services and medication and it was shipped within a few days. Three weeks later, the prescription "auto-renewed" with my consent and my credit card was charged. A week and a half after that, when my order should have shipped, it didn't. When I came due to take the next weekly dose of my medicine, no one could tell me why it hadn't shipped yet. I inquired every other day and although I always got a response, most of the time it seemed as if no one read my emails. They gave me standard responses. Their excuse was that they were going through a "pharmacy expansion" and this could delay my order by 10-14 business days. I finally received it a month late and had to restart the medication. Thank goodness this medicine is not a life or death situation. My opinion is they are very eager to get your money but they take their sweet time in getting you your product. I canceled all future orders with them since they clearly can't run a business. Especially a medically based business.

Edited one last time 8/6/2025 - I waited almost an entire month and no medication or prospect of it shipping anytime soon. I asked to cancel and the customer service rep who eventually got back to me cancelled the order and account immediately. I signed up with another company that day, had a call with their doctor that afternoon, and my medication is expected to arrive today, 3 business days later. If you have months to wait, IvyRX might be ok, but for anyone else, I do not recommend their services. Edited on 7/30/2025. It's been 8 more days and I still have no medication. The tracking number still only shows a shipping label created on 7/17 and I have reached out to support numerous times to express my disappointment. They have said the same thing each time, that my order is taking longer than normal to fulfill and that my tracking number will update when it ships. It has been almost a full month and 3 business weeks. I am incredibly disappointed. Changing from 2 stars to 1 star. So far, I am disappointed with my experience with IvyRX. I placed my order on 7/2/2025 and as of today, I still have not received it. The order was sent to one pharmacy and then after 15 days of a shipping label being generated, that shipment was cancelled and supposedly sent to a different pharmacy where a new shipping label was generated. That was 6 days ago and the order still has not been processed or shipped. I truly hope this is a one-off experience and that my future shipments are processed much quicker. All in all, I have been waiting 3 weeks and 14 business days with no product. I have been in contact with support who said 7-10 business days, then 10-14 business days, but other than that, it doesn't seem like they can do anything to expedite the process and I am disappointed.
