I think everything is Great, my only callout is that I would love to verbally talk to a physician instead of messenger so I can at least know it's a real person and not AI

I believe this is a great alternative to the actual injections received from a prescriber. However, I didn't like that the price changed when you go to the next level (mg) and the site is not transparent about this. Also, everyone doesn't need or want the B12 mixture, so I wish they would just provide the actual weight loss medicine wanted/requested.

The medicine shipped fast! Doctors were quick.

I have had no problems with Ivy Rx except that I ran out of my NAD before they shipped the next one. I am not taking more than recommended so unsure of how that happens unless shorted in some way. Now have to work up to the dosage again since I had been without. As far as NAD, I feel better. I have more energy especially during that typical late afternoon slump. Brain fog seems to be slowly lifting, less desire for snacking on junk food, and I have lost a little weight. I do get a decent knot after the injection even though I inject slowly. For that reason I may consider switching to nasal spray. Trying to see if it is something my body will get used to.

My experience with Ivy RX has been good. They are a bit pricey, but I appreciate their responsiveness when I have a question or concern. Things that could be improved upon: communication and ensuring that you can opt to have the same doctor for every appointment or follow-up.
