I gained weight like the medication wasn’t effective. I communicated with the provider and they simply said sounds like you need to increase. I asked the next course of action. Silence. I opened my 2nd bottle the entire top came of with the medication spilling out. NEVEEEEERRR AGAIN!

Won’t return calls and the chatbots can’t tell me anything about my order besides “sent to pharmacy”.

1.5 stars for the helpful and kind customer service. 0 stars for ineffective meds and unresponsive physicans. I switched to Ivy from R*.co. That company had a great product that worked for me but was a bit pricey so I decided to try Ivy for a lower monthly fee, once I figured out which meds worked for me. I was surprised to learn that without notifying you they will prescribe meds with B12 added. I asked the doc if it could be removed and was told “Of you want to change your order talk to customer service”. Ok, but you’re the physician so can you explain to me why you did that and what it’s for? The CS agent told me it was to reduce side effects. However, the meds I got had no effect whatsoever. Little to no appetite suppression and I noted the other good effects of the meds were absent in what I got from Ivy. When I inquired about this with the doctor, I was told my next shipment would have an increased dose. Ok, but I paid you for a month of meds that should work, so I asked if they can either ship me a higher dose sooner or tell me how to increase the dose with my remaining meds, given it’s titrated. And the doctor told me to again talk to customer service! I’m not sure what the docs do other than fill initial scripts, because they sure don’t offer any medical or dosage advice. I am going back to R*; if I’m paying for medication I’ll pay a bit more to get something I know works from a reliable company with responsive physicians.
