Great that you can interface with Doctors and you get fast efficient service. Price is the only big issue! Although a bit cheaper than name brands, still very expensive.

Everyone I encountered were polite and responded quickly, including the doctor. The pricing could be more transparent. It increases a lot from month 1 to month 2. I don't know about subsequent months and am weary to find out. The product didn't work as well as expected. Seemed to do almost nothing, but results could be different for others. Great that the option to not continue is mine is not overshadowed by a difficult membership program. I would consider them in the future, but ask more details on pricing.

website was clumsy...and autogenerated email responses did not answer my questions. give opportunity to put all things in the cart prior to checking out. Had to process each item separately. doctors were quick to reply (lightning quick). good info in FAQ.

I had a very good experience for the first 2 months. I would always have an immediate response when purchasing next supply. This last time has tsken more than 2 days and I'm still waiting.

you shipped my order on December 21st and as of today December 28th I still have not seen it. UPS tells me to contact you for an update. You charged my credit card account for something I have yet to receive.

I am trying to patient and give your semiglutide a chance but coming off of Mounjaro, I feel like your medication is not working for me. I still have cravings and have not lost any weight within the last two weeks. I was currently on the 10mg of the Mounjaro, maybe you could up my dosage of the semiglutide to see if that would help. If i have not noticed a change after this month, i would like to cancel my subscription.
