Only thing I don’t like is lack of communication from doctors when you reach out

The only reason I am giving this company 3 stars instead of zero or one is the fantastic support team that responds lightning fast. Alvin really helped me resolve my issue and I appreciate his help so much. However.. there is zero support from an actual doctor or healthcare provider. I messaged the doctor a dozen times and got no response. I truly don’t believe the “doctor” that prescribed my meds incorrectly twice exists I was told one thing and then still shipped the wrong dose of meds and my questions were actually never answered by tte provider. Nobody was on the sane page. The app is garbage and doesn’t even work properly. If it wasn’t for Alvin getting the correct meds shipped I would give zero stars for sure. No idea if the meds work. My second dose arrived warm and with the ice melted so presentation wasn’t the greatest. Buyer beware of this company for sure.

My refill was placed on the 7th. Today is the 15th and it still hasn’t been shipped to me. I’m very disappointed in the speed of refills. The customer support took a bit to connect to someone. He did find my tracking number and saw that it’s been at the facility since the 8th and still not sent to me. In order to stay on track the refills need to be received in time for the next injection. A week behind throws everything off. Thankful to John for answering my concerns. Still very disheartened that I don’t have my medication that I paid $500 for. Hopefully John was able to get that sent overnight. If so I’ll change my rating.

Haven't received my order, paid over 1,300 dollars for a 6 month plan and keep getting the runaround. I don't think this company is a trustworthy place to be ordering from. Do your reashearch online for the top company to order glp1 meds from. (Update) I did receive my order however it was almost a month late.

Updating my review because apparently I was given incorrect information upon signing up. I am not very pleased with this company at the moment. I was explicitly told through the chat I would pay $295 regardless of the dose. I am now ready to refill and am being told I would be charged $395. And once I am at 10mg the price would increase again. I believed this company was giving transparent pricing when I signed up. I now see that is not true. I am considering other options at this point. Dhaerica with customer support was awesome! She was very helpful and answered all my questions quick and effectively. She was prompt and knowledgeable with her responses which made me feel really good and secure about working with this company. Thank you!

The process of signing up is easy. The tracking is horrible. I'm two refills in and the medication has not arrived on time either time. The medication arrived warm and they don't pack the medication well. The communication could be better from the support team as well.

I’m not getting my refills delivered in time

Not the greatest experience. Website is not user-friendly very difficult to interact with the staff, still waiting for my refill for over a week, billing issues.
