I ordered the Infinity Sponge from Ivana Designs because of its durability, odor resistance, and eco-friendliness. The product itself performs well , it stays fresh much longer than regular sponges and is noticeably more durable. Initially, the shipping cost to Germany seemed too high, so I contacted their customer service. To my surprise, they responded promptly with a reasonable shipping option and arranged for the package to be sent from their local warehouse. Thanks to that, I didn’t have to pay any customs fees, as everything was handled in advance. Overall, I had a great experience with Ivana Designs both the product and the support team exceeded my expectations.

I recently purchased the Infinity Sponge from Ivana Designs and have been thoroughly impressed with both the product and the overall experience. The sponge is exceptionally well-made, with a clear emphasis on durability and functionality. The customer service provided by Ivana Designs was commendable. My package showed a delay, upon contacting their support team, I was informed that the original shipment had not been picked up by FedEx. However, once the issue was identified, they promptly reshipped my order at no additional cost. Throughout the process, communication was timely, courteous, and professional. Aside from the initial shipping delay, the experience was handled with care and efficiency, and I greatly appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I've tried a lot of different home essentials over time, but the Infinity Sponge from Ivana Designs truly stands out, it's easily one of my favorite finds! It’s durable, eco-friendly, and works better than anything I’ve used before. I've also purchased a few other items from their collection, and every single one has been wonderful, beautifully designed and incredibly useful. I even gave some as gifts, and my friends absolutely loved them too. It's clear that a lot of care goes into every product. Thank you for creating such thoughtful, well-made items that bring both function and joy into everyday life. I'm really looking forward to the launch of the new Ultra Pillow 4th Generation, can’t wait to try it!

I've ordered the 3D pillow, I've ordered the silver bed sheets! I'm 100% pleased with them. Timely delivery great quality products I can't find anywhere else. I got my tracking my I got shipments what else is there to complain about. Nothing! Great company and thank you. My wife especially love the bed sheets. No more stink!!!!

Very pleased with the sponge. They are well made and appear they will last a long time!

For a small company, they really are making big strides and pushing industry standards. Fantastic products that actually have masses of research and technology to back the prices. You are not paying for a label or gimmicks. I have a couple of the pillows. They are top notch. Sleep is a necessity not to be scrimped on. The silver fibres really do make the pillow feel fresh and clean for much longer. Quality is on par with the best. It is too early to comment on longevity yet, but the shape holds and really comfortable. In the future I will be looking to purchase the full bed set. It will be an investment! They really do deserve more recognition than they get. Customer services seem to be a small friendly team who sorted a shipping query ASAP.

Everything I ordered was delivered on time and it was all beyond my expectations. My husband has been having trouble to sleep and waking up with pain around his shoulders and neck but the pillow we purchased from Ivana designs is what everyone should have. He now sleeps comfortably and easily, no more pain and he is happy going to bed. The socks are the best. No sweat or smell and feel soft/smooth on the skin. I enjoy using the infinity sponge. It leaves the dishes sparkly clean. It doesn’t have any smell, very long lasting. Thank you Ivana Designs for all these amazing products!

Hey everyone! I’ve backed four projects from Ivana Designs, including the Alpha Pillow 3D, Infinity Sponge, Alpha Towel, and Alpha Pure Silver Socks, and I’m happy to report that all of them arrived right on time, exactly as they promised. When one of the Alpha Pillows arrived deflated, I reached out to customer service, and they went above and beyond in handling the issue promptly and responsibly replacing it at no extra cost. It’s frustrating to see harsh accusations against the company, especially when my experience has been so positive. I encourage anyone to form their opinion based on personal interaction with Ivana Designs rather than hearsay, their products and service truly stand out.
