Hi Roy, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Your dispute was filed on January 4th and a full refund was issued to you. Because of this, no product was shipped to you. Please note that crowdfunding pledges are not traditional online store purchases with guaranteed 1–2 day shipping. When pledging on Kickstarter, backers agree to support a creative project in development, with the understanding that timelines may shift and fulfillment is dependent on the production process. This is outlined clearly in Kickstarter’s Terms of Use, which emphasize that pledges are a way to support creators in bringing projects to life, not a guaranteed retail transaction. That said, the Infinity Sponge has actually been one of our fastest projects to fulfill. We began shipping in November 2024 as promised, and kept backers updated with multiple shipping posts on November 21, November 30, December 8, and January 9. We truly wish you had experienced the Infinity Sponge yourself, as thousands of backers have already received their products and shared very positive feedback. Our team has successfully fulfilled over 30+ crowdfunding campaigns, serving more than 40,000 backers worldwide, and we remain committed to delivering high-quality products with transparency and care. We respect your decision to withdraw from the project, but we kindly ask that false claims (such as “no delivery” or “no updates”) be reconsidered, as the record of updates and fulfillment is clear. Dear Ronny, We take your concerns seriously and would like to respectfully clarify some key points. Per your request with our support team, your pledge refund was fully processed on January 10th 2025, which means your order has not been shipped. You have been notified at that time, however if you would like confirmation of this refund, please feel free to contact us directly at [email protected]. As stated clearly during our campaign (in description of each reward), shipping is not included in pledge amounts and is charged separately at the time of fulfillment, based on delivery location, weight, and current carrier rates. In your case, the rate reflected the shipment of three sponges, not a single item. We also allow backers to use their own shipping solutions if they find a lower rate, as part of our commitment to fairness and transparency. Referring to us as a “scam” is inaccurate. Our company has successfully fulfilled multiple crowdfunding projects, maintained consistent communication, and gone above and beyond to support backers throughout the process. We kindly ask that you consider withdrawing this false claim, as it does not reflect the facts of your experience. If you still wish to receive your products instead of the refund, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with priority and make it happen. 🚚 We truly hope you will get to experience the quality of our products and the love we pour into creating them. Please note that the Ice Silk Pillowcase provides a cool touch on contact, while the Bamboo/Pure Silver Pillowcase offers zero-odor, self-cleaning properties for ongoing freshness. We understand that delays can be frustrating (we certainly don’t want them either) and have made every effort to keep backers informed throughout the production process with transparent updates, photos, and videos. Regarding shipping, we always aim to provide accurate estimates based on location, package weight, and the chosen fulfillment method. While third-party carrier rates can vary, we strive to offer fair solutions and transparent communication throughout the process. We also welcome suggestions from backers who find alternative shipping solutions that work better for them. We’d also like to clarify how the Alpha Pillow 3D’s cooling technology works. We’d like to clarify a few points so other backers can cross-check with our campaign details: - Diamond lattice: The lattice fully covers the pillow as advertised, not just a few indentations. Your claim is incorrect. - Memory foam layers: The pillow uses foams of varying density to create what we call Cloud Softness, a level of comfort and pressure relief not found in standard memory pillows. - Cooling core: The cooling gel and air-cell system are integrated into the pillow itself. The claim that there is “no cooling gel or air cells” is incorrect. - Production timeline: We were transparent throughout the process, posting multiple updates with images and videos of the engineering challenges and solutions. Complex products like the Alpha Pillow 3D, which was the world’s first of its kind, naturally involved a learning curve to perfect.
