After months or membership, I've been through 4 matchmakers, been presented with 5 matches, none of which came close to my preferences and went on one date with a person who lived hundreds of miles away, wasn't an actual IJL client but just some guy in their data base, and he lied, either to them or me. And IJL lied to him about me. I've had to reach out to them to get them to send me candidates. Not once has a new matchmaker reached out to get to know me and what I want. I've spent $thousands for nothing. They do no background checks, so after my one sketchy date, I can't trust them. My response: if by Seattle Area Manager you mean Marsha, she has never introduced herself as anything other than a matchmaker. She's done nothing to earn my trust any more than the last two matchmakers did. Your turnover is only surpassed by your incompetence, and I have spoken to no one who makes me feel that I've been heard. On the contrary. I stand by my review; I do not feel safe or secure with who you are, what you do and who you set me up with.

Joel did a great job! I have a 4 out of 5 since I didn’t choose to go on a second date. However, Joel listened intently to my feedback and I felt validated and heard. Looking forward to my next matches!

A great way to meet interesting people. A concierge service for dates saves all the time and hassle of the apps. But better than that you meet the people who don't go on the apps. Totally satisfied.

patricia and i reviewed my first date 03.26th... it went better than i thought so i made sure that patricia and i took the positives and reinforced for next match.. positives were : she was warm, attentive and found we had some common ground 70's music and parenting... patricia is a attentive to my requests and will assume future matches get more aligned with me etc...
