The success of IJL is primarily due to the Representative working with you. They need to keep so many profiles in mind always. Jaiye is an exceptional rep for IJL. Always professional, with a wonderful sense of humor, and lots of patience, he is steadfast in finding the right match.

I’ve been enjoying myself. It’s been a fun experience.

I have used this service in the past, however this time, I have to always reach out to see where my next date is. This is new as my other matchmakers always reached out to me - ALWAYS. I do not have time for this and have paid good money to have you do it for me. Otherwise, I would just use a cheaper, on-line dating app.

I was with them in 2022. They take your money quick enough, but in the short time I was with this service I had four different matchmakers, or what they call matchmakers. I was in Tucson, obviously they have No one in this city to meet. When they did find someone they didn’t meet a single criteria that I had laid out. That’s when they told me if I turned down a date that they offered then that was on me. I finally went out on one date with a man who spent the whole two hours, telling me how he wasn’t interested in the relationship, etc. If I were you, I would run as fast as you can and save your money. I agree with the people who have said, pay with the credit card that you can get your money back. This is of the worst and most expensive scams I have ever been a part of. They call you and harass you for what they want but I will tell you one thing when you want them, you can’t find them. They don’t call you back or even answer the phone . Like I said, save your time and money!!!

My first match maker was amazing. She listened to the feedback and I believe tried to adjust accordingly. I paused membership because I had a potential long-term match. It didn't work out so I came back. My new matchmaker assigned to me upon my return never responded to me and refused to arrange a time to speak. It felt like the matchmaker was some AI bot or something, because they wouldn't respond to what I was asking. I then got a new matchmaker, who will respond to me, but doesn't seem to listen when I provide feedback. My feedback is noted, but not validated. So it is just a waste of breath at this point. I have had some good dates, but all the best ones were under my first matchmaker. The rest have been very blah.

Amber is great.

IJL was able to pair me with someone who had lots of similarities creating a quality experience!

Amber was very professional responsible and courteous. Very happy to be working with her! IJL is lucky to have her on the team!
