IJL’s staff is fantastic and enthusiastic.

IJL came up as a potential option for not having to weed through fake profiles and/or nightmares of online dating. I signed up so i could get a call from them to talk about options - the person who recruited me was very nice (she was the closer!) I voiced my concern about not enough opportunities - the recruiter set up another call for the next day to review potential options. She came up with 5-6 options. So i paid and was turned over to my matchmaker. Its has been 7 weeks and i have seen 2 pictures total - been on 1 date that i was told had a big personality - she did not. Been over a month with multiple emails asking for a refund or deliver what i paid them to deliver - opportunities. IJL has done neither. But wait, there is more! they called to try to up charge me - i laughed and said "so you suck so bad that if i give you more $$ you will really try???" LOL Stay away! Bait and Switch

Kylie is wonderful. She is kind, thoughtful & professional. Plus she listens. My problem is with the company itself. A great deal of money was spent with little to show for it. A lot of improvements need to be made. I would not recommend IJL to anyone.

A true scam. Lisa had no problem selling that she had a ton of people who met all the criteria even though she had no one who matched. She clearly just wants to take your money and does not care at all about lies she needs to tell to get it. The second you cannot cancel, their entire tone shifts and they will match you with people who meet only the 3 guaranteed criteria. All the other people who work at IJL just are going along with the matchmaker's lies and hoping that you give up after 2 terrible dates so they can keep your money and don't have to work with you. Also, they are choosing to review and censor names only out of negative reviews. More shady business practices.

My handler (matchmaker) is in frequent contact, easily reached. The program is pricey, so it remains to be seen if it is / was worth the money. My first date was yesterday and went well. Such a beautiful and sweet lady!

Kylie was very instrumental and on point to a great kickoff to my first of 10 matches! I throughly enjoyed meeting my first match from start to finish! Kylie has been a great listener and responder to my dating questions and needs and I look forward to the following matches that she will be setting up in the future for me to meet. My experience with it’s IJL was terrible to say the least. Unfortunately, I found out too late that this company is doing something very different to what they sell you in the beginning. Once I found out what was going on, I had a call with an individual from the executive team, who got agitated and aggressive when I told him that I no longer wished to be apart of the service and that I wanted a partial refund. The fact of the matter is this company’s strategy is poor to say the least. They obviously cannot perform to the expectations that they set and are taking full advantage of people who are in a vulnerable position. I was sold a completely different service than what I received and I cannot emphasize enough, do not get roped into their fluffy sales pitch. If you want to make an investment that is worth your time, energy, and money, DO NOT sign up for any services sold to by It’s Just Lunch. They are a scheme and you are merely dollar signs to them, NOT a customer or priority. If you need one more reason to believe this review.. notice how the site itself does not allow you to leave a review.. that should speak for itself.
