ZERO STARS ! It’s been almost a year and never got my order!! You can never get someone to reach back to you and if they do it’s a bunch of crap anyways !!! They owe me $288 from an order I never received from April 2022!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE PLEASE AND save your MONEY! They will take it and NOT GIVE IT BACK ! HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They should be sued and HELD ACCOUNTABLE!!! ITSJULIET IS A FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t buy from this shop the items sold are not genuine. I purchased an essential hoodie from this site under the impression that what they sold was legitimate. I paid like it was but to my disappointment the item was a fake. When I emailed them (only form of contact) I was told to follow the instructions of refund policy which requires you to pay for the refund before you can explain reasons for return. I was disappointed with the product, customer service and return policy. Next time I will just order from Amazon they sell the same stuff. Scam. Please heed the warning..

Company totally misleads with their products. To start with their title, they've put Los Angeles on under there logo to give the illusion its a boutique brand from the US. Which In fact all the products come from China. The top I purchased and then received is completely wrong. It's your typical what you ordered off "Shein" verse what you received. Top had no tags and there was absolutely no paperwork in the package. Seems very dodgy! When you look on the website they say returns cost $5 processing to return which I've never heard a company do that. Differs you from returning. Also it took over a month to arrive! Ordered a size XL (Normally a small Medium) because I wanted a looser fit and I can barely fit the top! Please do not order from here and save your money. Everything on their website isnt even very cheap but feels incredibly low quality. Really wish I saved my money on this one and hope

OMG….be careful, the item you order is completely different from the one you will receive….and no refunds! They don’t respond for a very long time only if you dispute the charges. I am taking them to small claims court!

Order arrived. Felt fake. Wrong size. Had to pay $23 to return as they made me pay the return shipment even though it was a wrong size. Never got my exchange back. Never my money back. Scam do not buy from this company!

30 Dec 2022: Ordered 3 Jan 2023: Email notification that shipment is on way During this time I received two tracking numbers via SHOP and their own tracking but neither led to any whereabouts of my order - showed that the order was still in China GuanZhou 19 Jan 2023: Email saying shipment has not been delivered yet but it will soon. At this point I made some comments on their IG page but for some magical reason after making those comments the IG profile shut down (“user not found”). 26 Jan 2023: finally received a notification from Auspost saying shipment is at sorting facility. Let’s see if this is legit my order or yet another bogus notification. Funny how their website still has the notification that their ordering system is down. Two weeks and still not resolved - very bizarre for an e-commerce store in this day and age. Am leaning towards scam bogus fake company but let’s see what / if something arrives. Shame I only read the reviews AFTER I had made my purchase on 30 Dec 2022.
